Shaun Behavioral requirements: It goes without saying, but community members are expected to be cooperative with staff members when they handle your reports or requests. If you and a staff member had a disagreement in the past which may cause several conflict of interests, you can request another staff member's review on your report/ request thread. Staff members are to be dealt with politely. They are doing their best to resolve issues within the community, and the last thing they'd want is a community member lashing out on them. When reporting a player/ requesting support on a matter, please provide as much detail as you can. This would help us identify issues quickly. Don't open a ticket or a thread for every minute thing. Sometimes, it's best to interact IC'ly and understand how it works. Open threads, when it's absolutely necessary. Do not spam on your thread or in staff DM's. Staff responses usually take from 24 to 48 hours. Spamming doesn't help your case. Use the right categories to contact staff team members. If your thread post doesn't match the format mentioned in the pinned post of the respective category, staff members have the right to reject the same. Use appropriate tags for your thread posts.
