
Media Requirements:
- Members are expected to be active on any one platform (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Kick). If you stream on any other platform, please notify us about the same.
- Members may provision marketing team members on performance metrics on all their content if they need support to improve the same.
Content Management:
- Content must align with the themes and narratives the RP project in general.
- Avoid usage of copyrighted materials. In-case of sponsorships, please notify the marketing team members.
- Content must outline the respective owner of any external material, if any used.
- Content must be marked as age-restricted in-case any gory or inappropriate content is involved.
- Content may be periodically refreshed, or updated to keep it relevant and engaging.
- Any negative feedbacks mentioned in the content must be notified to the PR team members.
- Content must use appropriate hash-tags or tags for promotion.
Behavioral Requirements:
All partners must comply with the rules of the project. You can refer to the rules.
- Partners must maintain character integrity at all times inside the city and avoid breaking immersion.
- Partners must respect other player's privacy, and comply with relevant data protection laws.
- Partners may establish a schedule for updates and check-ins with the staff team.
- Partners must encourage open feedback on content and community engagement.
- Partners must foster an environment that is welcoming to all players, regardless of background.
- Partners must encourage positive interactions and discourage harassment or toxicity(IC interactions are an exception to this rule).
- Streaming while in staff channels is not allowed due to the sensitive and private information being discussed.
Community engagement:
- Partners must actively engage with the community on a regular basis.
- Partners must encourage hosting events and participate in those conducted by management as well.
- Partners may be obliged to help and support new players in the city, however possible.
- Partners must encourage the inclusion of diverse characters and storylines that reflect a variety of experiences.
- Partners must notify PR team staff members in-case there are any conflict of interests that can affect their content.
