
Leader Activity:
- Leaders are expected to remain active in the city for as long as their real-life activities allow them to be. We do not expect massive 8 or 12 hour weeks, but at least a minimum of 4 would be appreciated.
- In-case of any unavoidable circumstance(IRL), leaders need to notify administration through a ticket and provide further details about their period of inactivity.
- If leaders are found to be inactive for extensive periods without notifying administration, their positions will be removed. The minimum period for notification is 48 hours(2 days).
- Leaders need to make sure their high command employees are able to run their faction during their leave of absence.
Leader responsibilities:
- Leaders must be make sure that members of their faction are active. Setting minimum hours of activity on weekly or daily basis may help with the same.
- Leaders must be co-operative with administration. In-case of any disagreements, everything must be dealt with professionally. Our administration will do it's best to steady the process out for you.
- Leaders must hold at least one factional or non-factional public event every week. Failure to do so would result in a sanction.
- Leaders must make sure that they along with their employees comply with the rules of city and propagate all their RP situations accordingly.
State Departments:
- Leaders are expected to cooperate with the Government on matters of State importance. Any sort of non-cooperation should be completely due to valid IC reasons.
- Any inter-departmental meetings must be scheduled at a prior date in order to avoid absence of leaders(emergency meetings are exempt, but initiator must notify administration). Deputy leaders must attend these meetings in-case their leaders cannot attend.
- Leaders must make sure their employees deal with other state departments in a civil and professional manner. Any sort of un-professionalism must be handled IC'ly (through a court or via sanctions from the government). Administration involvement must be a last resort.
- Leaders must notify other state departments within their jurisdiction of any sort of activities and operations being conducted. Covert operations should be dealt with discreetly among responding officers.
Families:
- Family leaders must make sure their members roleplay according to the lore they've established prior in their Family forum thread.
- Family leaders must establish their family type within 48 hours of family creation. Until approval has been received from administration, families are not allowed to take part in any criminal activities.
- Family leaders must notify administration if they wish to ally with another family. Allies must also be mentioned in their forum biography.
- Family leaders must setup points of interaction for their family at appropriate locations. Locations must be within their turf HQ and must contain the appropriate mapping elements to maintain realism:
- Family garages can only be placed before garage entry points like garage doors, or nearby parking spots.
- Family stashes(or inventory) can only be placed around safes, cupboards, cabinets etc.
These rules are set in motion to help maintain activity and stability within Factions. We aim to make sure that leaders are able to run their factions smoothly without any troubles from administration and management.
