Information:
- Make sure the bug you're facing is a local issue(faced only by yourself) or a global issue(faced by the others too).
- In the case of local issues, try troubleshooting the error before posting a report. If it's an issue with our server systems, then post a report directly.
- Please provide apt information on everything you went through while facing the bug. This includes the details mentioned in the format above along side the steps you can take to reproduce this error.
- Do not spam bug reports in hopes the administration would take a look soon. When the development team takes a look, they'll respond with the status accordingly.
- Some bugs may take a while to get fixed, while some can get fixed within hours, so patience is a virtue. If the process requires a third party intervention, then the time taken is inevitable.
- Bug reports are different from suggestions. Make sure to use the appropriate thread along with the Suggestion tag.
